• Account Information: We collect your email address and authentication tokens when you sign up using Google, Apple, or email.
• Media Fingerprints: When you use our service to protect audio or video files, we generate unique digital signatures (fingerprints) of your media. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted within 48 hours; fingerprints are retained.
• Transcripts: We generate and store a text transcript of your media's spoken content, which powers the web scanning feature.
• Usage Records: We record basic usage events (such as upload counts) to enforce plan limits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your digital fingerprints and transcripts strictly to scan the web and detect unauthorized reuse of your intellectual property. Your account data is used solely to provide you access to your dashboard and alerts. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the service: cloud hosting and storage providers, an AI transcription service that processes your media to produce its transcript, and a web-scanning service that searches public platforms using short excerpts of your transcript. These providers process your data only on our behalf to deliver the features described here.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen or the Support page on our website. Upon deletion, all associated account information and media fingerprints are immediately and permanently erased from our active databases.
